These Terms of Use govern your use of Frontline (“Frontline” or “the App”), developed and operated by Pinnacle Path LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using Frontline, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Frontline on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

One-time purchase

Frontline is available as a one-time paid download from the App Store. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no additional charges. Your purchase gives you access to the current version and all future updates for as long as the app remains available.

Your data

Frontline stores game state locally on your device only. Pinnacle Path LLC does not collect, access, or process any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Prohibited use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Frontline; use Frontline for any unlawful purpose; or resell or sublicense access to Frontline.

Disclaimer of warranties

Frontline is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of Frontline is at your sole risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Path LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Frontline.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of Frontline after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
