Cold Spot is an entertainment app. We built it to be used, not to collect data about the people who use it.
What we collect
Nothing. Cold Spot does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, and no network requests of any kind during normal use.
Sensor data
Cold Spot reads your device's accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer to make sessions reactive. This data is processed entirely on your device, in real time, and is never stored or transmitted.
Microphone
If you grant microphone permission, Cold Spot uses AVAudioEngine to analyze ambient sound levels live, on-device. Audio is never recorded, saved, or uploaded. If you deny microphone access, the app works without it in motion-only mode.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. PinnaclePath never sees your payment details. We receive only an anonymous transaction confirmation from Apple.
Third-party SDKs
None. Cold Spot has zero third-party frameworks, tracking libraries, or analytics integrations.
Children
Cold Spot does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. It complies with COPPA and GDPR-K requirements by collecting nothing at all.
